Scarpone Associates is a dynamic consulting firm created to provide financial and organizational sustainability to businesses, organizations and individuals.

 

ABOUT US:

Kristi Scarpone is an organizational consultant specializing in sustainable funding for non-profit organizations. Drawing from more than 15 years of professional fundraising, teaching and coaching experience, she believes that raising money can and should be effortless and enjoyable. Her unique approach to helping clients realize their potential for funding by clearly articulating the human and societal impact of their work has made her one of the most successful fundraising coaches in the country. She has raised more than $22 million for national, regional and local organizations with missions ranging from the arts, education and religion to public health, social services and international affairs.

She has created fundraising curriculum and serves as adjunct faculty for the University of New Hampshire and New England College’s Master of Nonprofit Management Program. Kristi has a masters degree in education and bachelors degree in political science from the University of New Hampshire. She is the mother of twin 2 ½ year old daughters, a licensed Nia instructor, and an avid runner.

Michael Scarpone is a consultant/trainer specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, organizational behavior, and change management. His consulting services and customized programs target key people within organizations such as: executive management, board of directors and all levels of staff to increase productivity, build skills and help organizations manage change and improve quality. As a consultant and trainer, Mike has worked with over 100 clients representing a diverse array of for-profit and non-profit organizations on a local, regional and national level.

Mike has earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Masters of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology and has completed graduate work in Organizational Behavior and Administration. He has numerous certifications including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Yale University Training of Trainers, Xerox Selling Skills, and Kepnor-Tregoe Decision Making Process.

Mike has published several articles in the area of management and has chaired a number of statewide conferences in the areas of volunteerism, fund raising, health care, and leadership development. He has served on numerous boards of directors including the American Cancer Society, New Hampshire Celebrates Wellness, The Vermont Children’s Trust Foundation, Safe Tables Our Priority and Unity on the River. In addition, Mike currently serves as adjunct faculty for New England College, Graduate School, where he teaches courses in organizational behavior.
